This training takes place over one day, is highly interactive, and works extremely well in identifying and recognising forced marriage and honour based violence as individual issues together with an understanding of the inextricable link between the two. This package gives attendees an all round thorough understanding of forced marriage and honour based violence and equips them with the necessary skills to recognise indicators, together with the confidence of being able to deal effectively with any such situations.
All participants will be provided with handouts and a practitioners guide to forced marriage, with ongoing support, advice and guidance, as necessary.
Certificates will be provided upon request for CPD points.
